Lane Bryant — Local services in Riverside

Im giving 2 stars because I was able to find what I needed (dress pants, and booties). Customer service is lacking for infrequent guests such as myself. It took me about 15 minutes to find what I needed. I then go in line. Both of the ladies working were assisting other guests with what seemed like complicated matters. I was in line for over 10 minutes, and while I was waiting an older woman who was just kind of standing off to the side pointed and said she was next. Alright I think to myself. No biggie,. The manager then comes out, chats with her about bras and whatnot. This woman goes to look at the merch. The manager tells her its fine, that she wont lose her place in line. Which whatever. Understandable. This woman then proceeds to continue shopping, even walking out to her car to get a coupon while myself and 2 other ladies are waiting in line. The employee then completes the transaction, and I move forward and put my items on the counter. I told both of the ladies working and the customer that it wasnt fair that she be helped next as she was never really in line. They still started to help this woman, and only after I said I would be posting a complaint on social media did they whisper to the woman "ahead" of me in line that I should be helped next. I thought they were very rude and I dont think I will be returning anytime soon. Thank goodness for online retail and other...

Lane Bryant was a store I liked coming to but now I don't. I needed to use the bathroom and I was told at first I would have to be escorted to the bathroom because of the boxes in there. The associate changed it up and said I would have to go down to Marshall's to use the bathroom. I had to use the bathroom bad and I left instead of shopping there. I definitely don't believe they are going all the way to Marshall's to use the bathroom. This is definitely bad customer service. Why are the boxes being stored in the bathroom ? They said it's because of new orders coming in but there should be enough room for clothes to be put in another area besides the bathroom. I'm a lane Bryant card holder too and I've been coming here for over 2 Years, I may not come back here anymore.

Update... This is the store's bathroom, not the employee's bathroom. But if that's how customers are treated, I will not be...

It's nice to know that there is still a lane Bryant store to shop in. Only problem I had with this location is they are renting the space next door and using that door for customers to enter lane Bryant. Borh doors look like they are in use. But they are using the one door that still has the old business name over that door. And if you never been to this location you would think there was 2 different stores like we did. You can see the name of the other store on this picture. My sister and I and another lady in her car thought they were closed until we saw a customer walk into the other door. I did go in they have lots of tops nothing to dressy. The sales lady said the were getting rid of the causal clothing and bringing in the new later everything is buy 1 get 60%...
