Great Wall Restaurant — Restaurant in Morgantown

I do not recommend this to anyone!! I received an order that has multiple hairs in on and around almost all of my food. 7 out of 10 wontons were present. Opened, crushed fortune cookies, half the fried rice was gone, the egg rolls had hair on the outside package. The same as the chicken lo mein. The lo mein was filled with hair. Not just an accidental one piece of hair. obviously the order was tampered with. I called immediately to the restaurant after I opened the food and saw this disgusting mess. The lady claimed she was the manager and wouldn’t actually let me speak to the manager. I called multiple times and heard the girl pick up the phone and then hang up. When I say multiple. I’m talking 10 times. Finally a REAL manager answered and told me to send him pictures to his cellphone. So I did. Then I called back again after sending the pictures and the girl repeatedly did the same thing again with hanging up the phone until a manager answered and informed me that that hair did not in any way come from his restaurant. He told me I was lying and refused to make me new food or refund my Money. He told me to call the police on him if I didn’t like it and hung up the phone. The lady up front was SO SO RUDE and the manager called me a liar. The food made me want to throw up with all of the hair....

My friends and i live in Oakland Hall and we ordered delivery; shrimp fried rice, sweet and sour chicken and, chicken chow mein. We didnt think this would be a huge deal, we were sadly mistaken... when we got our order, for starters, the driver didnt get out of his car (he said he was busy eating chex mix). When we got inside after going and getting the food, we noticed we got wonton soup instead of chicken chow mein. We called to let them know of the ordeal and they said it was no problem, so we thought wed be getting our chow mein we paid for. WRONG! about an hour later we called back to ask when our chow mein would be here and the lady who answered the phone asked us to hold on, and put us on the phone with a woman who did nothing but yell at us and describe chicken chow mein, saying thats what we got, before hanging up on us. The cooks need to start being more mindful about how they cook I've made several order's in the last year to only still keep receiving the same sort of issues the food is overcooked to the point it feels like you are eating hard plastic and very rubbery, ive made special request to remind the cook's to be mindful! but I don't feel i should have to do that all the time they should improve and pay attention to the food they are cooking for customer's, the food is so tough you can damage your teeth some of the meat is like chewing gum, for the increase of price of the chicken and food in general I should be getting something i don't have to throw away, also the delivery driver tried ripping me off 5 dollars after already paying the deliver fee but I allowed her to keep extra dollar for herself, after I thought about it when having to throw the meal away how rude and greedy this restaurant is becoming more to be, how...
