Great selection from what I could see, but staff made me uncomfortable and hesitant to continue browsing. As I headed toward the PS4 games to browse, an employee headed to the case of Nintendo 3DS and GBA games to start "organizing" them. He stayed there as long as I was browsing the PS4 section. When I moved over to browse the Switch games located behind him, he locked the case up and walked away. I wanted to continue browsing, but the staff made me feel a little unwanted and untrusted. I understand asset protection is important, but not at the cost of making your more socially awkward guests uncomfortable. Maybe adopt a better way to store games. Why not the GameStop approach of keeping the discs themselves in paper sleeves in a filing cabinet behind the counter. I enjoy the store but this was a super unpleasant experience that if it had gone better, might have led to a significant purchase considering I have been in the market for a Switch...

Ownership really needs to nail down what store policies are and relay this to management as one week they price match GameStop on any game, then they only price match "current console's games up to a certain amount". They are over priced, management is constantly rude and dismissive, tons of low quality bootleg products the moment you step in the door, and policies fluctuate more than the public opinion of this company. There are better places than this to shop for games like the multiple McKay's Stores, Replay in Jefferson City, or even the GameStop located in the same mall. Even Amazon or Ebay would be better options because you're likely to get the same experience online but at least their priority is to protect the buyer and they have better refund policies.
