I’d give no stars if possible. My experience has been nothing but a waste of time and lack of accountability for doing so.
Bought a new washer from Bestbuy. Had Geek squad to come out and install it. Ever since I've gotten it, only hot water would come out of the washer. Called them, and they said everything was done correctly and refused to send someone back out. Messed up my clothes for a long time before realizing they didn't connect the hoses to the correct spouts. Two dudes, and you're telling me not one of them noticed or tested it out before leaving? Plenty of clothes ruined from the hot water and they got paid for a job they didn't even do correctly. Do yourself a favor and have a company that strictly works on the service you need done. The geek squad guy was waiting on a lady who was filling out some information so he went ahead and waited on me. I showed him my phone and told him I was in the middle of my work day and really needed it and if he could just see if he could reset it really quick.
