Updated Review - 2/2/25: I found my new favorite Starbucks drink... Matcha Latte. It is delicious! Updated Review - 1/27/24: I had two of my favorite things from Starbucks…. A grande Flat White with one pump of vanilla and a Sausage Cheddar & Egg Sandwich. Yum!! The coffee was made perfect and the breakfast sandwich was delicious. We pre-ordered online, so when we got there we walked in and our order was waiting for us. This is the e best way to order if you are in a hurry! ———————— Updated Review - 3/12/23: Today, I went to Starbucks for a late breakfast. A grande hot Chai Latte... and a Sausage Cheddar & Egg Sandwich. The chai tea was delicious... and so was the sausage cheddar sandwich... but WOW, it was buttery! It was a good thing they gave me lots of napkins! The good news... It was delicious! Mmmm!!! One other thing... Great service. Fast and friendly! Friendly, fast service. Always great coffee... but I got a Grande Chai Tea Latte tonight. It was delicious! Even though the line in the drive-thru was long, it went fast. (Sorry... I don't have a pic of my drink.). I recommend...

I’m giving this location 2 stars because I love almost all the employees besides a lady named Ann. I had order my drink via drive thru and requested for almond milk in it. I received the drink with no almond milk and had went inside for a new order to be made. I had waited twenty minutes for my drink to be remade and left. I tried it in the car once we left, it tasted like nothing how my usual order is made so I called the location. Ann picks up the phone with no greeting regarding it was a Starbucks location just a hello. I told her my coffee order was wrong and before I even finish off my order she tells me that she made my drink and that it was correct. I told her that it was not and how she could possibly know for sure it was right when there was no label on it. She was upright rude and unpleasant until I asked for her name. Then she became more pleasant with me on the phone. I recommend Ann learns more about how to treat customers with respect if she’d like to receive some in return. I have never had such a rude and hostile customer service...

I was craving an ice chai latte, I decided to pick this Starbucks to go too. I was really hoping for a good restaurant experience, the quality of the place was really nice. Except for the 10+ people waiting for their drinks for over 30+ minutes in the drive through. As my friend and I my were the only ones in the building. Mind you this took over 30+ minutes also. When I was called to get my drink they forgot my name, and also was given dirty looks. I felt very ashamed, another reason why I order DoorDash these days because of these new teenagers attitudes, and how they respect their people these days. Anyways besides that fact, I take a sip of iced chai latte and with that sip tagged along a black hair strand and I go to think I have platinum blonde hair. Well I think that’s the last time I go to this Starbucks, really wasted my 30 minute lunch break for work to get someone else’s bacteria in my mouth. Hope this is a good honesty review for the next people...
