Burlington — Local services in Racine

This is a store I love but only when it was at the mall I really love the location it was at before, it was bigger and had better sections of things and overall better in my opinion. At the mall it felt better and now it’s kinda sad that all the stores were gone but the main store that I was sad about that was taken away to another place was Burlington, because of how amazing the store was in the mall I give it 5 stars but please if the owner is reading this please try to go back to the old location and please respond back to this comment I will forever cherish the old memories I had about this store back...

I shopped here a couple days before Christmas. The store reminds me of a thrift store. Nothing was organized, everything was everywhere. I couldn't focus. The prices were ok but considering how long it takes to go through everything I would expect that. The check out line reminded me of six flags. If you don't mind looking through everything to buy something, and you have plenty of free time and don't mind waiting in line for over an hour then you won't mind. I am going to give my business back to Ross next door. I spend thousands of dollars at this place every year for our family and the ladies refused to return a 6.99 floor mop that was less than dollar tree quality. The sponge was clay hard as if it were setting somewhere for years before Burlington sold it. I mean how do they get by with this? I work directly with customers and would rather keep a happy customer than to loose one. Burlington needs to understand who supports their business.
