I just don't understand the point of having store hours if you close prior to store hours.... I called the store about ten minutes before they closed. I was literally down the road and incase I didn't make it before 9, (my gps said 9 exactly) anyway incase I didn't make it before 9 I called and asked if I could just run in grab a red gildan shirt I knew exactly what I wanted and where it was and had the exact amount for the payment she gets back on the phone after asking her manager and her manager just closed down the last register. Mind you they weren't even closed yet because I got there at 8:57 & they were closed. I know how annoying it is for a customer to come in right before close but I legit was trying to be respectful by calling and I just need 1 tshirt it would've taken Me less than 2 minutes to get the shirt and for the entire transaction to be over.... smh it's little things like that, that you could do for a guest to keep customers coming back and responses like theirs that keeps...

Last week, I called about a Hello Kitty Instax Camera they had that was on clearance. The employee who answered the phone did not know what I was talking about, so she transferred me to the floor employee. When the floor employee answered, I explained to her that when I was there a few days prior, there were 3 of the cameras left on the shelf, and I even told her where they were ( by the photo albums). She came back on the phone and said there were none left.
I was very disappointed because I called everywhere to see if any other location had any left and no one did. I texted my mom, and she went in the next day to make sure. There, of course, was the three boxes that I saw on the counter.
I will no longer be shopping at this location due to their BAD customer service.

There was this one item I just could not find and was told by a friend that Michael's sold this particular item, which is why I went there. I saw a clerk and asked them where is the store this item was, she looked at me in a very rude way and said they did not sell that item there. I thanked her but decided to keep walking around just in case, are enough 5min later I found the item I was looking for and they actually had 3 rows of it on aisle 60. On my way to the checkout I saw the clerk again and informed they did actually have that item and it was on aisle 60. I wished if she did not know for sure she would have just asked a manager for assistance.
