We Ordered 4 soft shell tacos with meat, cheese, and tomatoes on all of them; what did we get? 3 hard shell tacos with lettuce, the opposite of what we ordered. We took the order back expecting a quick fix. Instead the woman who took our meal back insisted that we wanted tacos with no sour cream, which wasn’t at all what we ordered. After that they gave us 3 soft shell tacos but they still had lettuce. We sucked it up and ate them and then asked for a refund for the 4th tacos that they never gave us. A different employee stepped up and asked us what we needed. We said we needed a refund for the taco we never got and we showed him the receipt. He asked to explain and we told him that we order 4 and only got 3. It was like speaking to a kindergartner. Then he got angry at us for basically explaining why and how we ended up with 3 tacos. He took the receipt to the manager and we waited for 5 minutes before the manger came and reluctantly gave us a receipt. Totally never going to that store again. ...

After a wait in line, I get to the mic to let them know I'm picking up a DoorDash. It took an abnormally long time before someone began talking to me. They mention how they aren't doing DoorDash orders at all today... So a few things happened next: First I had to tell an already paid customer on DoorDash that their order will not be completed, which makes me look bad as a driver because my completion percentage drops. Obviously the customer isn't happy too. Second, I'm stuck sitting in the drive-thru. Cars in front of me and behind me. So my time is wasted. 4 cars were in front of me and it took a while before I could get out.

Then lock your doors as we weren't the only ones that went inside. Went to drive through and waited a long time for the person ahead to get their order taken. One of our people gave an order and was told we don't have that. It's on your menu. I haven't been to a Taco Bell in about 2 decades. Will not return. Food mediocre at best. Was not my choice but rather someone else in my group. Long, long line behind us. The one person we saw working inside was overwhelmed doing the best she could under the circumstances.
