Cousins Subs — Restaurant in Racine

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I would give a ZERO if I could. I’m still flabbergasted. We ordered a huge ToGo order from here and picked it up (even when delivery is an option). Drove to pick up our massive party order and get home to sort it all out. And we were missing a meatball sub. What should have been an EASY FIX turned into the worst experience with poor service! Called to ask for them to deliver the missing sub so that we had it. We were told no. We can come pick it up. I explained that I couldn’t. So he said fine. Come tomorrow morning. Which still doesn’t fix the fact that I needed it today. He said that he wasn’t going to send someone for delivery and our only option was to pick it up. So we asked for a refund for the sub instead and he said NO! Then I explained that I wasn’t going in for the sub and would just like the refund instead. He again said NO! So, I asked to speak with a manager and he said no and hung up on me! I used to be a manager of a restaurant and could NEVER IMAGINE handling a situation in this manor. I really like cousins subs and I am so disappointed that I am writing this review right now. Everytime I come to this location my order is wrong or ingredients are missing. It's always something. Case in point I went in tonight and ordered 2 chicken cheddar deluxe sandwiches, hot, with no onions on garlic bread. Neither sandwich had bacon on it, it was not hot, half the sandwich was lettuce and they were not on garlic bread. Then the girl tries to argue with me that I somehow did not tell her my order correctly. I will continue to go to cousins but I will not return to this particular location ever again. Perhaps the employees need further training or something. I hope I can return here one day and actually have my order correct and actually cooked when I ask for...

This had to be the slowest service ever! The kid behind the counter looked liked he was on the computer for five minutes, until the couple behind me asked what was wrong. He said, " I'm waited for him to order". He never said a word to me until I said, " Can I order now?" Six people ordered after me. They all got there orders before me! When I asked, "What's the hold up?" I was told, " I'm waiting on the fries". I heard the people behind the counter telling how many other order of fries were going out.
