I just started coming to the Racine Olive Garden and I cannot thank these people enough I just recently moved in with my boyfriend a little over two months ago and the last few times if I'm not mistaken I believe it's been about 4 times since we've come here and if I could write them for every single time I have come here with my myself and my boyfriend I would write them five stars every single time and the reason for that is because management staff including waiters or waitresses they have been nothing but kind caring and they show a lot of attention and gumpf towards every single person here not including just your server they also serve you even if you're not at the correct table for them to assist you so basically if you go I am hoping you do so you can receive the best of the best people that work here to serve you I have run into a few incidents where either the food was just unacceptable including the management staff and or waiters and waitresses but in the end I still can't imagine an Olive Garden in The Boondocks of Racine County out in Mount Pleasant a very big competitor of there's also known as Red Lobster doesn't even come close into comparison so if you are looking for a great treat great serve and just wonderful people they are here to assist and I hope that my comments brings you back more and more for assistance I love Olive Garden but I almost always prefer Red Lobster but just recently went there and had a very very very very very bad experience so they sent us out a gift card over a week ago and we still have not received it but when we do I plan on going there again with my boyfriend so that we can try to get the service that we deserve not to mention a $50 gift card to take off our meal so if our order comes out to $40 we will still have a $10 amount of money left and depending on how well they treat ua I would give them the remaining $10 on the gift card towards their tip because they very very well indeed a minimum tip of $10 if not more depending on the amount of money you have spent with their company and how well they have treated you while you were there good luck to everybody but Olive Garden in Racine County is definitely worth going to and visiting to enjoy their just beautiful atmosphere wonderful servers attending including management I hope all of this has helped and I hope the best and wish the best of luck to...
Read moreSecond time I went there, we had a bad experience and a poor waitress. I ordered their lasagna and it came burnt twice, even after speaking to the manager about how poorly the waitress was and she brought it out the 2nd time but never stayed to check so I had to go to the front to let them know to get her as the waitress never bothered to check on us! She was good to the bigger parties and spent so much time with them but when it came to us, she was lacking badly. A different waitress was at another table and wasn't afraid to give them all that they wanted. Was very attending to them too. My son had the chicken sandwich which was good. It was all you could eat of the classics, but when I switched to the chicken alfredo after giving up on the lasagna, it had very little sauce on it. Then asked for another one and got a much smaller portion. So much for all you could eat even with the bread sticks they were very skimpy! Because of all the mishaps the manager waved my bill and I got a gift card too otherwise I wouldn't have gone back at all. She also let me take home some more chicken alfredo which was very nice. I had their lasagna for a lunch entree before and it was about half of the size plus the waiter seemed to push for the 20% tip, which I didn't care for. Went there a couple more times and the service again was so-so with limited amounts of all you could eat soup, salad and bread sticks. The last time she even counted the breadsticks that were left before getting more! Took the soup home that I couldn't finish as well as the salad and asked for more breadsticks which she did also. Their prices are kind of high which is why I only do the soup and my favorite is the gnocchi if they put any...
Read moreInteresting experience. We were there 8/6/2018 for an early dinner. Around 3pm. Not busy. We were seated in the booth area where employees go in and out of the kitchen. No issue there. We were waiting to order our drinks for a while no greeting or anything. Then we heard the manager and our waitress arguing in the back area. (The manager told her we were waiting. She said she will get to us when she can) finally she came over and made a poor excuse for why she hadn't greeted us instead of apologizing. So we put that passed us and order our drinks. I ordered a strawberry mango margherita and the wife ordered a sangria. Mine came out as a mango margherita no strawberry. She fixed that after a while. Our salad had no dressing on it when it came out. Another waitress was kind enough to get us some. We only got 3 breadsticks never got more until we were done with our dinner and ready to go. I ordered shrimp alfredo with angel hair noodles instead of fettuccine it came out with fettuccine noodles. So they had to remake that. The waitress then never came back until the bill was due. She was in the area however. She was busy dealing with her (husband or boyfried) she paid so much attention to him she completely forgot about us. This is very sad. She got him a beer and didnt charge him from what I saw. I dont know if I will be back to this place. 1 bad egg can ruin the whole batch. Her attitude was aweful on top of everything laughing that everything I ordered was wrong....
