I couldn't be more pleased with my Murphy Bed! Wes was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He explained all aspects of the bed I was looking for and offered me a variety of options. I was really impressed with the fact that he uses all his own installers to guarantee proper installation. Unfortunately, Wes found out on the day of installation that the materials were incorrectly labeled and what arrived was not what we had ordered ~ the manufacturer had made a mistake. Wes did everything he could to immediately contact other stores and successfully located the correct bed. He immediately rescheduled the installation for the very next day. Additionally, Wes personally stayed on the job the entire time to ensure that everything was done properly. This is a class operation from start to finish and I highly recommend Wes' Mount Pleasant Store to all those looking for a great looking and very sturdy wall bed and great customer service! Our experiences with this company have been phenomenal. Wes is excellent to work with. We had our master closet re-done. We had other estimates that were more than double the price. We have a home that was built when all that you got were the wire racks in the closets. We had a lot of space without the ability to properly utilize it. Now, the closet is beautiful and we have more the double the amount of clothes, shoes in the space. Wes is a "top notch" small business owner". A gentlemen that takes pride in his work and determined to satisfy the customer any way he can. He methodically measured our closet, gave us several suggestions and then presented us with 3-D pictures of the design. He kept us updated on the progress of our order. Wes and his team designed and installed closets for me last week and I am so pleased! I used him after a referral from a neighbor, and so glad I did. Wes and his team were extremely polite and professional; easy to work with from beginning to end. Also, Wes solved a few design problems for me and created a real solution for my closet needs. The company was responsive, clearly communicated timelines and did exactly what they said they would! I thought the pricing was very reasonable, especially for the turn key service I received. I needed an easy solution and Wes and his team delivered. I am so glad I did not try to do that myself, or I'd still be measuring and trying to sketch it out.
