I want to edit this review to add that I spoke with Amy on the phone and she was not only professional, she was also very pleasant and kind. Traits that I hope young professionals will recognize out in the world and aspire to since this kind of customer service is rare these days. Take heart, though! Everything from this local shop is incredible! They're open 7 days a week and are able to deliver locally for free by the next day. I was able to order the Saturday night before Mother's Day and it was on my parents' doorstep before noon. Their online ordering system is quick and easy to use.
