Wild Bill's Tobacco — Local services in Mount Pleasant

The manager (taller pudgy white guy with long hair) was completely rude and smug, when I wanted a refund or exchange the faulty water pipe they sold me. I was told sorry nothing I can do, even though I hadn’t been out the store for more than 30 seconds and the employee handled the glass piece the whole time before I purchased. Right after I had walked out, and went to inspect the piece, I gently removed the downstem and it cracked the glass, so I went back and fourth with the manager and was finally given the corporate number. In which I called and was offered an exchange. So horrible customer service on behalf of wild bills storefront, but was redeemed slightly by their corporate assistance. All in all if the manager wouldn’t nicely said “Hey man sorry there isn’t much I can do in store, if you call corporate they can assist you and possibly give you an exchange” would’ve been a completely different exchange. Instead he wanted to smirk the whole time...

Personally, I only come here for the kratom powder, which is by far the largest selection I've seen in any brick & mortar business. And I've been using kratom powder for close to a decade now! And I just moved back here from San Diego, and while not as hard to find in SD, the quality along with the amount of varieties here tops any head shop I've shopped at in SoCal even!

As far as their other products go, I don't know unfortunately. I'm trying to quit vaping so I haven't bought any from them, but they look to have a pretty legit offering of devices available. And I don't smoke cannabis, but I do enjoy looking at their pieces whenever I come in there. That said, I can't speak on the quality of those things...

After being refused service at the location on 100 S. Mission I called this store and spoke to Taz the manager. He was extremely helpful, informative and over all polite. I verified that there was not a limit on mystery bags as told by the other store and immediately went to the store (2003 S. Mission). He allowed me to buy all 4 bags that were in stock, gave me a number to call to check on future availability and redeemed my perspective on Wild Bill Tobacco in a whole! AVOID 100 S.
