AVOID REGUS
I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Regus when it came to refunding my retainer money, a process that has been dragging on for over 6 months now. Despite my numerous attempts to resolve the issue through calls and emails, I am met with nothing but empty assurances that they are "working on it." Every interaction introduces me to a new agent, further muddling the process and it feels like I am starting from square one each time.
I have tirelessly created over 50 support tickets to no avail. The lack of coordination and apparent disinterest in resolving my issue has not only left me without my retainer money but also wasted countless hours of my time. It's a loop of frustration with no end in sight.
Regus has shown a glaring lack of professionalism and respect for its customers through this ordeal. I emphatically advise anyone considering their services to steer clear of this company unless you're willing to gamble with your hard-earned money and patience. This has been a lesson learned the hard way, and I hope others can avoid the pitfall I stumbled into by entrusting Regus with...

Now it's just telephone ping pong game. The call center folks say they can't do anything and ask me to call the office/center, and the center folks say they can't do anything either.
And oh the rent has DOUBLED in one year.
I do not recommend this place at all. The only saving grace is that the people in the center are nice (except in this case they are unable to...
Read moreRegus is an absolutely unethical and terrible company to work with in my opinion. Actually, this is not only my opinion, as it appears that the Better Business Bureau has qualified Regus with an F-rating based upon the hundreds of complaints of over-billing and fraudulent late payment charges that Regus has subjected its clients to as Regus itself battles bankruptcy.
If the State Attorney Generals were doing their jobs, Regus would have been shut down not only by its lenders in bankruptcy court but by the State AG for acts of willful fraud in its billing practices.
If you have not already done so, do not signup for a Regus office. This is a bad company that acts...
