Sandwich Factory — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

The two of us went to have dinner as we always like the sandwiches. Since Thursday special was Calzone I ordered pepperoni. On my second bite I had about 6" piece of hair wrapped in cheese. It was taken back. They apologized and said would remake it. We were eating outside and when a girl brought it out she said they refunded cost in which she was thanked. When I opened the box it looked much different. It was 3 very small individual pieces. It was at least half the size. Since my appetite was waned a bit no worries. I took a bite and at first I thought it had a lot of cheese. However to my disappointment it was all bread dough. All three pieces were bread dough inside. Reluctantly I took it back and showed them. Some guy just told me with very unapologetic rudeness we already refunded you which I never requested. I went outside assuming they were remaking it. After about 10 minutes a girl came and said she was told if I wanted a milkshake or cookie to make up for it. I said my expectation was to have dinner. However that was NOT the sandwich factory expectation and were not remaking it. The girl was very nice and apologetic. When we walked in, the floor was so sticky and gross. Our feet were sticking to the floor. That should have been my que to leave. This used to be an amazing sandwich shop. Not anymore. Y'all have changed so much, and it's definitely NOT for the better! The price was a major shock. I get it, the cost of everything has gone up. But, $40 for two sandwiches is INSANE!! Furthermore, seeing what that bigger price tag got us, really left a lot to be desired. When we were ordering, the guy kept interrupting us. Almost like he was annoyed that we didn't order in a specific way. Interrupting people is just rude and awful customer service. The Italian bread has so much garbage on it, it makes a complete mess and it tastes so nasty. It's seriously inedible. Y'all hardly put any meat on the sandwich. Also, seems the quality of the meat has drastically gone down hill, as it was so greasy. As far as the toppings our sandwiches got, what looks like 4 handfuls of lettuce, a strip of onion on each half of our sandwiches, as well as a half slice of tomato per half of sandwich, and roughly a handful of olives on each half... I used to Love this place,i just moved to the area last year and was introduced to them from a co-worker,i work in the area ,so them delivering was awesome, up until a few months back this place was my favorite, and then i had a issue with the food ,it was wasn't has good as it normally had been ,but i wasn't going to let ONE bad experience stop me from coming back ,but today i had another ,this time i went in to dine in and ordered an almost $10.00 salad,and once i received my salad it looked amazing very big salad , but it only came with one dressing ,so i asked for another one and the manager was going to charge me $1.00 for an extra dressing ,and as big as it was it should have come with two..But i was not going to pay $1.00 for that dressing that i feel should have come with 2 ,i eat salads all the time and have never been charged for an extra dressing ,needless to say i asked for a refund and she gave it to me ,instead of giving me that dressing for free..So Your company lost a $10.00 Sale over a dressing that's worth like 50 cent at the most...And because of this i will not return,two issues with this company in a few months ,is...
