If I could have not given any stars I would have. This loan company charges you 3 times what they should and after we paid off our loan I spoke to adam on the phone and he said he would mail out our title the next day. A week later we still had not received our title so I called and after speaking to 2 other people adam got on the phone and said I think I talked to you all last week and I said yes you did and told us you would mail our title but then he said he needed to speak to my husband again because he didnt have a note of speaking to him. My husband works a lot of hours and is uaully not work when their office is open and they would not let me come pick it up so my husband had to be late to work to go get the title. Adam said well we have hundreds of customers. So what. They have hundreds of customers and cant send our title back in the mail but if you are 1 day late making your payment they are calling you every 5 minutes and they dont forget about you then but once your loan is paid in full they forget about you pretty quick. I do not recommend...

My experience with Titlemax, particularly this location, started great. Not because I was giving them business but because the employees, at the time, were kind. Fast forward, life happened, and I got behind. Now, I truly understand the nature of this business, however there's no accountability on the end of this company. Verbal abuse, threats, and so much more, is what this store/company is known for. Spoke with Alyssa and not only did she attempt to gaslight me, she also found it appropriate to shift blame to other employees instead of taking responsibility. Alyssa, you're the face of the company when interacting with customers. Titlemax needs to know the type of employee you are, along with potential customers. To conclude, I've connected with the proper local, state and federal entities and this issue will be resolved. It's true that it takes one minute to destroy a relationship that took time to build. Won't ever patronize this...

Called to pay off loan and they took the balance and duplicates the charge on account called them back said it would be credited but not till next day when I checked it had not and there was no credit pending. Called office they said I had to bring statement from bank I did but they said their computers were down. Bank said we could dispute but not till Tuesday tried calling again manager said he had call in to corporate but he was #70 on list it's the weekend and these people took an extra 285 out my account plus the actual payment instead of making it a priority they said they would call back before closing it's 3:00 they close at 4:00 have not got the call yet and it's the Holiday weekend thanks for leaving us struggling they may help you out with a loan when you are in need but they will leave you hanging when their computers are down and their back up at corporate is non-existent I would not recommend them it...
