Horrible customer service! As soon as we walked into the store the owner the lady in her late 50s was looking at us from head to toe a stare doesn’t even greet just gives a dirty look who does that? Disgusting. As we proceeded into the store I noticed that she kept an eye on us even though my friend and I split up she was with her two kids. I was admiring some of the stones that were there some extremely overpriced you can find on Amazon and Walmart even HomeGoods. Most importantly a Customer service disgusting there. The lady was staring as I look at incense I asked her a question about a product and she knew nothing of it but sounded very confident in what she said meanwhile she was wrong about the item and I was correct about the item. You shouldn’t have people working there and the owner shouldn’t be there when she’s not knowledgeable of the products that are being sold. We were there on a vacation and just said experience at the store was despicable. My friend since her kids wanted some items spent a lot of money there I spent a good amount only because I was looking for a particular item. But I want to warn you this place is like Dantes inferno and it has very negative vibes the people there are very rude. It is a very uncomfortable environment and now I see everyone else’s reviews and I’ll tell you this it is a fact the people in the store need to be taken out coached and trained if not they should not be working with people they should not be an Customer service they...

Would love to respond to a negative comment. Yes, they do watch you're every move at the store. Why? People steal every day, all of the time. They do not smile a lot while watching you. This does not mean they're being negative in anyway. I came in and was very distracted by the staring i could hardly think. However knowing that they are simply trying to protect their own well being i didnt take it personally like some have. I am a collector of crystals and gems and am well aquainted. The prices were quite on point with the quality of everything there when it comes to stones. I bought an amber that I know would have cost me a lot more anywhere else. This store was the absolute epitomy of what I've been looking for I went to a Renaissance festival last month and I started my crystal collection but this store has a plethora of energy working devices that you would not be able to find anywhere else and a lot of people don't understand the power that exists within crystals and how important they can be to your daily life in your healing processes.. and the lady who runs the store is very knowledgeable about absolutely every stone and crystal in the establishment she can tell you exactly what you need to know about every little thing about every Little Rock and element that exists within her shop I was beyond pleased with this establishment and she will definitely have my business going forward.
