SERIOUSLY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.. My biggest problem is with the customer service desk and there online pickup system.. they do not work like other stores do, they do not make online pickup FIRST priority. I once sent my husband to pick up my order and he stood in the āpick upā line, and was told to go stand in the back of the regular line!!
Then! I sent my husband to pick up my order a second time.. I had assigned him as the alternate pickup person so it could go āsmoothlyā for him.. again, they make it as inconvenient as possible! He had to call me because apparently their system didnāt update and it didnāt show him as the alternate pickup person. ALL other stores have very convenient ābuy online pickup in storeā services. You provide your Id and if you have the order number you can send someone else to retrieve it! Obviously, no joe-schmo could get the order number without having connection to the order itself!!!!!
At this very same store, my mother was going to use a coupon for $25 off $50 honest brand that comes in their baby registry bag.. everything rang up and was literally a penny under $50 and they made her go and grab something else to push it over!!!
Another instance, I was told by this location I could NOT exchange my honest diapers for a different pattern without a reciept, yet I called the Boise and Meriden stores and they BOTH said they would be happy to do it.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI hate this target. Yes itās semi clean and organized but for me as a Latina woman I have dealt with racism many times at this place from the white women that work here. My first experience was when I was with my daughter. We had a few pairs of clothes to try on right in front of us was a white lady who had a giant pile of clothes to try on the target employee smiled and said go on in (she didnāt count or inspect any of the clothes) then when I was going to go in she stopped me and counted every single thing and shook it out. And I said why did you not count the lady in front of me her stuff? And she looked at me nervously and said ā oh Iām sorry I wasnāt trying to discriminate against you ...ā and I said ā but you did.ā And so afterwards I went and spoke to the manager and told him what happened and he said he was very sorry and that shouldnāt be happening and that he would have a talk with her... but regardless of whether he talks to her she wonāt change. Every time I go there the white women who work there say have a great day to the other people that are customers when leaving but they donāt say it to me. Itās just very discriminatory.. I wonāt shop here anymore. Today was the last straw for my family and I. I would love to see this place go down for racism. All because Iām a different color.... what a sad world and now I see target in that light and business who proudly hires...

I was given a 2hr time frame, which I already thought was pretty bizarre for 4 items that are all located in the same few isles. I called customer services a hand full of times to figure out when it might be ready, no answer. I finally reached a different department to be told āitās busy due to holidays, you can cancel the order and come inside to get it yourselfā I which Iād typically have no problem doing but Iām SICK, and I didnāt bring my bank card because it was ALREADY purchased / my card info from the order online. I said āIāll wait til close then, will it be ready?ā He really said, āthereās no guarantee that it will be ready tonight.ā
This is a joke. Iām not typically this person, but this is such a poor experience, and poor customer service. I wouldnāt have placed this order for my FOUR items if it told me it wouldnāt be ready at all...
