I waited for nearly 50 minutes behind 2 car. It was simply unacceptable. This should NEVER happen at a "drive thru". THE 1 person (note 1!!!!!! Person) in the entire building continued to pace back and forth and back and forth. Never acknowledging me or the cars that were lining up behind me. At this point I was so irritated. I felt betrayed because he was so respectful when I ordered my food and it turned out that he was slower than molasses (Note: ONE PERSON). After receiving my food I nearly had a heart attack. My "footlong" hot dog was only 11 INCHES. I was so mad at the guy. (Again note: ONE PERSON) As I painstakingly counted my pop rocks as they popped vigorously in my mouth, I only counted 629. In Evelyn "route 44" slush there should be at least 842. At this point I was so irritated as I watched the person in front of us scream at the passenger in their car. I felt HORRIBLE because I received my food first. Even after the 50 minutes of watching the carbon front of me's VERY VERY BRIGHT TAILLIGHTS. No person should ever have to experience such a horid. Finally to conclude, I had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes for he car in front of me to get their food because I simply could not back up because of the ridiculously long line. I will NEVER come back to this wretched place EVER again. I hope you all consider this review when waiting in the extremely long lines. And they call this place fast food....
Read moreThey must have been having a bad day... the service was non-existent. I pulled up in the middle of the afternoon around 2:00 or 3:00 on a Saturday and just wanted to get an iced tea. Since a multiple cars in the Drive-Thru I pulled up to a CarHop space. I pushed the button and waited 10 minutes for someone to come on and tell me, and I quote, 'thank you for stopping I do need to let you know that there's at least 20-minute wait for service.' When I queried 'For everything?' and as I was saying 'I just need an iced tea' she cut me off and said 'YES'. I understand the frustration of being slammed with business and probably short-handed, however, it was a very rude response and a lackluster interaction. I spent the majority of my young life working in the service industry specifically waitressing and retail and I've also managed businesses... I've seen good employees come and go and sadly, bad employees come and stay. This person does not belong in this industry... don't know how old she was, don't care. Her attitude was unconscionable and rude. Sonic has long been one of my favorite places to go for a big tall drink because I love their ice but I am sad to say from my interaction with this one snotty little girl, I do not intend to return to that specific store next to Target in Nampa. In fact, based on this interaction I'm having serious doubts as to whether or not I even wish to return to...
Read moreI truly don’t think I’ve ever experienced such incompetence at a Sonic before and I’ve had plenty of off experiences at Sonic. I placed a mobile order at 10:47p and it said it would be ready by 10:53p. I made the order after I pulled up on my phone, so I knew it’d probably be a minute before I got my order. HOWEVER. I sat there for probably 20 minutes and they ended up clearing the order w/o ever bringing it to me. Finally a worker (one of 3 who were just walking around inside) made eye contact w me, came out and asked my name for my order. I gave it to him and showed my phone confirmation and he told me it’d be out in a few minutes. I proceeded to wait almost another 20 minutes and finally had enough. I pressed the button on the stall and asked for a refund. They asked for my name and then said to give them a minute to find the ticket. Seriously?? I sat there for almost 45 mins and they acted like i had just pulled up and then told me they basically didn’t have the ticket anymore. I ordered 3 drinks, 3 corn dogs and a fry. Not a complicated order. Train your employees better. I almost never leave negative reviews but holy crap am I so angry about...
