Overpriced tchotchkes and home decor. Terrible customer support. Owner grudgingly gave store credit for defective dish that was showing cracks after a single use. Tried to say that’s how it’s supposed to be.

They wouldn’t issue a store credit receipt to me for a gift and insisted it had to be the original purchaser.

I was told store credit is only good for 30 days which is unlawful. When I pointed this out she became very dismissive and condescending. When she dismissed my concerns about there being a lack of a receipt for my store credit I pressed the issue and another employee told me I was acting like an old granny.
