I recently lost a crisp $100.00 bill at the Southern Tide in Nantucket. Much to my chagrin, I realized this upon check-out , holding an amazing silky shirt that I was so excited to purchase. I was sure I had two $100.00 bills and now there was one. I quickly scrimmaged to find the missing bill in the dressing room , later attempting to trace back my every step. I searched, to no avail. I was hopelessly disappointed and left the store with my shoulders drooping. Upon my return home, I received an email from the store indicating that they had found the missing money and asking me for the best way to return it. In today's often corrupt society, the staff at Southern Tide, Nantucket stands apart. The management staff has put together a team of honest, kind people. From the in- store meticulous service, the innovative and well designed products, and the integrity of the operation, they have made a customer for life. I was so happy to get my money back but even more heartened by realizing that there still is honor and probity in the modern...

I recently visited the Southern Tide store for the first time while on holiday in Nantucket last week. While I normally don’t write reviews, I was compelled because of the outstanding service I received. I was looking for a very lightweight hoody for cooler summer evenings. Not only did they have exactly what I wanted, but the gentleman who waited on me — I believe his name was Ben — could not have been more courteous, attentive, knowledgeable, and accommodating as I was shown various options (plain vs quilted, etc) and found the size that was right for me. Both he and the store left an indelible impression. I certainly will be back on my next visit - and will enjoy my purchase in the interim. What a great find — right there on...

Hardly ever make it into Town or into a clothing store. Had such a great experience today that I’m going to find every opportunity to visit this store again.
