Worst experience of my life. Saturday March 23rd, stopped here to pick up some items. My sister, my son, a family member visiting from Mexico and myself decided to check out at the self checkout. As soon as we enter the self check out area the employee named Karen didn’t greet us, except she stared at us like a hawk, when we where done and leaving I myself had to say “thank you so much” because the looks she was giving us could kill. Karen dint respond just gave a smirk. My son grabbed the red hand basket to put it back where we got it from ( at the entrance right by the store’s security guard) my family member was praising my son for being a perfect gentleman and placing the hand basket back for her. Then Karen took it upon herself to chase us out and yell “ Excuse me, I need that red hand basket that boy took” I turned around confused as all hell, as everyone else in my group did. My son scared said “I didn’t take anything” then Karen did not apologize, instead said “oh I thought he had it” and went back inside. This didn’t sit well with me as she just robbed my son of a moment, being praised by our family one second and accused the next. Causing him to cry thinking he did something wrong. When I went back inside to get her name and to ask her why she took it upon herself instead of getting security that was standing right there, I was upset and the security guard took her side and said “ if your not gonna let her explain or hear her story get out” and started walking towards me, chest 1 inch from my body, causing me to walk backyards when I asked for his name 3 times, he just kept repeating “get out” Mind you I wasn’t yelling, I wasn’t causing a scene until your security guard started telling me to get out, all the other customers staring at me as if I was the one who did something. The most degrading moment of my life. All I wanted was for Karen to know that what she did was wrong. Y’all need to retrain Karen and your security guard. This was not ok in any way,...

Good sandwich however not what I ordered.

I just went there after months and asked for 3 of the #7(Turkey jalapeño melt) with chicken breast not turkey. I made the mistake of going to grab the rest of my groceries while my sandwiches were being made… I come back and the sandwiches felt cold so I asked if he grilled them and he said they got cold while waiting for me and offered to microwave them. I said no and on my drive home I opened one of the sandwiches and it was not at all what I asked. I hate throwing away food which is why we didn’t turn back but the problem with the order was that the bread wasn’t the right one(herb focaccia is the bread that was supposed to be used), he gave me sliced turkey not chicken, there was no artichoke spread, and lied about grilling it. So… I’m disappointed but its also my own fault for not staying to keep an eye when he was making them.

Just leaving the review here hoping they pay more attention to their customers and warning people to keep an eye on them when their order is being made cause this is not the first time they made a mistake like this when it comes to my orders. Hope this review is helpful. Have a good...

One of the worst grocery stores I've been to in years. Firstly, there was a menacing cosplay cop "security guard" that looked like he was straight out of an episode of A Handmaid's Tale at the entrance, who proceeded to follow around POC throughout the store. They have a fully segregated aisle for Latin and Asian foods where the Latin and Asian brands of foods are separated from their American counterparts, and priced way higher for similar products in other aisles. The worst part, however, is they do that stupid predatory thing where they post "sale prices" next to the products, but when you check out, you only get the sale price if you get a membership. Our cashier never asked us to join, so it was only after we had paid that we realized we had paid $30-$40 more than we expected, because we didn't get the discounted prices. That should be illegal!
