Got a hammer online once, order wasnt ready so I went in and took the same hammer and the employee said i could come by later return it and get my hammer. I did so, employee told me to wait a bit he went to the back what i assume he spoke to his manger older guy not much hair. The guy essentially came to the front and educated me on how i made him do his job it was very awkward. the 2 other employees kinda smiled awkwardly. Always friendly, always helpful, they know right where everything is so that when you walk in the door they take you right to what you need and they help you get it. I don't go to the Big box store anymore (which is closer to me). There, if you can even find a person who works there, your lucky, plus I have taken so many things back to that big box store because the employees gave me the wrong item. Always quick to help and knowledgeable and they always have what we need without long lines! Anytime we are working on interior & exterior woodwork we go to Zellers, in and out fast and back to work. Great staff!
