Nordstrom Rack — Local services in Nashua

I love the Nordstrom rack! So obviously when I heard about this new location I got pretty excited! I went 1 week after opening and I was a little disappointed to see how dirty the fitting rooms were; I was trying on some black pants and of course they touched the floor when I was going to try them on and they were full of hairs and dust at the bottom of how disgusting the floor was. My socks were also disgusting after standing with no shoes on that fitting room floor for 15 minutes. The rest of the store was nice, the clothes selection was nothing. Special but the shoes were very nice. I hope next time I’m back I can see any improvement in the cleaning area that shows that they clean the store at least...

My husband bought me a pair of pants and when tried to exchange them I was told I was passed the date and wasn't able to. I will take ownership for being unaware of the return policy however it was my first time shopping at the store. Also, the cashier said it was OK and when the manager, Ashley, came over to override it she was the one who changed the decision. I can appreciate being ‘fair and consistent’ as she said but I think there could also be exceptions for first time offenders. Additionally, cashier was sweet and kind and then to have her manager override her decision in front of a customer is unsupportive. Cherry on top - it’s my birthday. Was so beyond excited to go in and shop seeing they just opened, unfortunately after being in the store for a few minutes (at 6:25 on a Sunday) they told me they were closing in a demeaning tone, as I was heading towards the exit another employee rushed over to tell me they were closed, I explained I was heading out but was talkin about when she told me to “get out unless you want to help me put away the go backs”
