Love love love the apartments I was shown Ms.Cheree was very knowledgeable , professional, kind and sweet and had a sense of humor aswell answered all my concerns and curious questions concerns while giving me my tour Ms.Valentina was very kind and professional contacting me afterwards with pricing tour and very professional aswell if your looking for something close to The Gulch and downtown or school or work look no more go see Ms Cheree and Valentina safe area great parking nice pool and if you like playing pool they have it grilling golfing and my favorite a library game room speak easy stage apartments are well thought out big bathrooms big closets nice size room and appliances high ceilings nice lobby for great selfies or just enjoy watching the fireplace and view in lobby price is fair it’s brand spanking new key pad doors and cheap storage fee aswell don’t wait go see Ms Cheree these apartments are very nice I wanted to move in day of tour can walk if need catch bus in area framers maket in walking distance u can walk downtown if you got up early and beat the heat lol if your tired of living in old apartments that was around when Jesus walked on water but they charging you X times the rent cuz they remodeled with white or black stoves and go up every 6 months or every year on rent and you way out of the city or not even on a bus line go see Ms Cheree or Valentina you want regret it if your new to Nashville or sold your home and want to live now empty nesters go see Them !!!!!!They rock this...

Living at this luxury apartment complex has been such a wonderful experience so far! From the moment you walk in, the entire community feels welcoming, polished, and comfortable. The design and atmosphere make it easy to feel at home right away, and it’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into creating such an aesthetic and enjoyable environment. Safety is also a huge plus here. I feel very secure on the property, and that peace of mind is priceless. I love that they have armed security guards and key fob access everywhere. On top of that, the staff truly goes above and beyond. They’re friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about residents, which makes all the difference in daily living. The amenities are fantastic!!! Everything from the beautiful pool and lounge areas to the fitness center makes living here feel like we spend every day at a resort. Even though there have been a couple of small technical issues, like the arcade not working yet or some of the grills still being set up, these are minor details. Since it’s a brand-new property, it’s completely understandable, and it’s exciting to see everything come together. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our decision to move here. This is the kind of place where you feel both spoiled by the luxury and comfort, and truly cared for as a resident. I recommend steering clear of this location because of its inadequate customer service. I initially submitted my application with a move-in date set for the end of April, but it has been fraught with delays. While I recognize that construction delays can occur and are often beyond their control, particularly for a project of this magnitude. To be fair, I commend them for the appealing appearance of the property, but I must assign them a failing grade for customer service. It is likely that I will not recover my initial deposit, but I hope to spare others from the difficulties I have experienced. The front office's communication has been severely lacking and their comment was the first time that I have had any communication with them in 2 weeks. Calls and email have not been responded to.

To continue the story… I reached out to the chartwell after their reply on here and they were not very responsive. When I eventually did get in contact, they did not provide any reimbursement for their failure to meet the move in date. I also have a voicemail from them stating that they would be ready in time.
