If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a complete scam. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a number — not a customer. The car I “bought” broke down within two weeks, and when I called for help, they straight-up ignored me. Then they blamed me for the issues and said I “must’ve done something to it.” Seriously?
Their “warranty” is a joke, their customer service is rude and dismissive, and don’t even get me started on the financing. They’ll tell you it’s “easy approval” and “affordable payments,” but by the time they tack on all their mystery fees, interest, and made-up charges, you’re paying triple the car’s value for a piece of junk that won’t last 90 days.
Also — I noticed multiple cars on the lot with check engine lights on. That should have been my first red flag. I also watched them jump-start a car for another customer who hadn’t even left the lot yet. These people are not selling cars — they’re dumping problems on people who are desperate.
Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. This place is predatory, dishonest, and will leave you with a broken-down car and a headache. I regret ever setting foot on this lot. All the cars are rebuilt, I experienced one of the most blatantly racist interactions I’ve ever had at a business. From the moment I walked onto the lot, I could feel the energy shift. I was ignored for over 20 minutes while the staff helped others who came in after me. When I finally got someone’s attention, the salesman gave me a look like I didn’t belong there.
The way I was talked down to, rushed, and completely disrespected made it crystal clear: they don’t want to do business with people who look like me. I overheard a staff member make a racist joke when he didn’t think I could hear. That was my final straw. I left immediately.
This place doesn’t just lack professionalism — it lacks basic human decency. I will never give my money to a company that treats people differently based on the color of their skin. And if you care about equality, you shouldn’t either.
