My girlfriend and I visited Hustler Hollywood last week and had the absolute best customer service we could’ve possibly hoped for. One of their employees named Lauren went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and concerns over several of their products and was overall just exceptionally knowledgeable; she even told us some super useful info about toys that we had no idea about! She also unboxed some lingerie for my girlfriend to ensure if it would properly fit or not, as well as several products we wished to see in person and even turned several on for us to see them in action! She always gave us her honest opinion and guided us when we needed help deciding which products were right for us. If you’re ever in the store and have any questions I’d highly suggest asking for Lauren cause she’s awesome! Some people complain about their higher prices, but the quality toys they sell will last you longer and give you better options and performance over the cheap stuff you may find elsewhere. My girlfriend and I ended up buying several things while we were there and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our purchases. The only other complaint I’ve seen is their return policy, but with the nature of their products it isn’t difficult to understand why they cannot accept returns. However, many of their toys include manufacturer warranties and Lauren even unboxed and tested all our battery powered toys to ensure they were in perfect working order before we left the shop! We will most definitely be making this our #1 stop for all our intimate needs, and can’t wait to get back there to peruse even more of their awesome selection! Cannot recommend...

I will give them 10 stars on service because lord knows they are trying to make a sale! But as far as products, prices, and quality well they leave Alot to lack! Went in for a pleasant experience but as I found out I know why they pushed the products they did now. I spent $600 in the store and they checked products put batteries in but 1 of the toys would plug in and glow as if charging but refused to come on. The woman was like oh it's nothing it's just too dead to work. Now I did not want to buy a product that didn't work but she said it was the only 1 no big deal if it don't work we can replace it. She then lied stamped that my product worked when it did not and now I have a almost 150 toy that is a waist because I have to fight with a warranty on a product that never worked. This is not professional at all! Been a fan and loyal customer since 2002 and I believe i am changing companies after this experience! Sad 😔 now I am trying to get ahold of Calextics which is a even bigger joke. Love the selection but the light in the dressing room is like a mirror disco ball and when The light is turned off (the switch is conveniently located around the corner but still in view of the dressing room) The bar becomes a mirror you can see everyone around you outside the dressing room but even worse everyone outside the dress room can see right into the room and that’s not particularly a good thing when you’re trying on the types of things you’re trying on at Hollywood hustler.
