Absolutely the worst experience, the first time I’ve ever had rude service and poor quality food. When I went through drive thru, whoever took my order was able to input what I wanted: the #8 said chicken wrap meal with the three chicken options (fiery, classic, or honey mustard), at first the person said the #8 is only fiery. So I asked for a classic meal and an extra classic wrap. After that we were on the same page and I thought everything was fine after that. Then the food was a major let down. Now, yes I know it’s fast food, and honestly I’m not a picky person, but I took one bite in the smaller than palm size chicken wrap. And there was no lettuce sauce or even tomato in that bite. It was just chicken and tortilla. I opened it up and there was one tiny tomato slice and one lettuce square the size of my thumb. I just paid $11 for two tiny pieces of chicken and still cold fries!? I went back, I asked the lady, what came in the chicken wraps? She asked what kind (my fault for not specifying) I then asked the classic, she told me lettuce, tomato, and royal sauce. I asked them where is my lettuce? The employee proceeded with “well idk I didn’t make it.” Showing her the wrap, I say “ I would like two new ones please. She tried to take the two I had, which is cross contamination. Supposed to fix the error not take food that has been ate back from the customer. I said no, I would like two new ones please as she went to get her manager she said she would’ve done it if I wasn’t so rude. Though I had an attitude in my voice of clear upset, I was not rude until the manager came out with an attitude as well. When I said I wasn’t giving them back, bc I have worked in restaurants. You are not supposed to take the food back, you are just supposed to make a new order. It’s not customers fault the employees couldn’t do their jobs. The manager then refuses to make more without throwing the food away. Which is wasteful and this is what’s wrong with Americans they would rather waste food than just fix the problem. So I threw them away in the blue bucket she had indicated was the waste bin and she was furious and told me to leave, I told her to give my money back. Read moreThis is probably the worst fast food establishment I have ever been too….. I honestly wouldn’t even consider it “fast” food as the service could not have been any slower. I waited 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich and mozza fries with no other customers in front of me. The food was repulsive, the service was slow, the workers hate their jobs, the food kiosk was broken, and our orders were incorrect. My friend ordered from the kiosk and it would not allow her to pay due to machine discrepancies, she attempted to pay at the counter to which the worker told her that she couldn’t clock back in from her break, so she was unable to process anything on the register, and to reorder her food from the kiosk again (her food was already ready at the counter, and she had to tell the staff twice that she had not yet paid so they wouldn’t allow her to receive her food until she re did everything all over again). Once she re did everything at the other kiosk, they told her that they didn’t have any chicken fries yet to which she had to explain that THEY told her to put the order in again, and that her food was already ready at the counter. Once she finally received her cold bag of food that had been sitting there for 10 minutes, she had to go BACK to the counter as they didn’t even put the chicken fries in the bag, she walked back to her seat only to find a bag of 4 mozza sticks instead of 8 chicken fries…. She walked back up to the counter again to receive only 4 chicken fries so she had to go back AGAIN for 4 more…. While all of this was going on, I was patiently waiting for 20 minutes for my not so chicken sandwhich and mozza sticks that I had to finally walk up to the counter to ask for…. Everything chicken that we ordered looked like rubber cartilage and food poisoning. (Photos attached). Read moreHead guy tries to force me to raise my voice(mind you his is soft and fem) although I'm speaking just fine.He did it both times I was there I used a perfectly adequate inside voice as ever anywhere I go saying the first time I thought the jalapeños pops came with sauce an I wanted to add more so I bought others, second time was for a water cup since my coffee was served uncomfortably cold, I decided to make it an ice coffee myself which I enjoy.The morning crew is phenomenal -night crew my first time was optimal save for this leader of theirs hes the type tht will hold the rest back imo an they'll adopt his attitude to their own unfortunately.second night crew only saw the girl twice she was ok but didn't address me much like her leader although I was standing by a mobile order with my phone out an not much going on to ignore me for,so I matched the label myself an took my bag -only then did the head guy say "who's order did he take?"An she correctly prompted him "His".I only went here because the impossible whopper elsewhere is 11 to 12 dollars I enjoyed the whopper enough thank goodness ,but to top off a strange last visit one a the crew came out an sat right in front of my seat facing me with a whole nearly empty cafeteria and even had a booth chair facing away from me ,or even going outside for his call on his break im guessing it was...
