I tried calling the nearest store to see if the product was actually on-hand, disconnected number listed I called corporate customer service number and the gentleman told me that he could not call the store for me. I asked for a manager to call me and was told that I would be contacted within 24h, never contacted. Went ahead and purchased online and was told I would receive an email Confirming that night they would be ready. Never got a call. Online status stated the next morning that the order was still not ready. I looked up store hours and it said 9am opening. Went to the location and was told it opens at 11. The salesman was inside of the store scanning items when I got there. However, he would not open the door. At 11:25, multiple people were now in line and he finally let us in but locked the door back which made me uncomfortable. I gave him my name and order number and he was very unfriendly. He then proceeded to go to the back and came out with my product. All he said was “Sign this top copy”. I signed it and gave it back to him. No thank you, have a good day, or come again.

Within a few minutes of visiting the store, it very clear that the manager and assistant manager lack experience and knowledge to run the store. The assistant manager was braiding a little girls hair while on the clock. Is this a daycare or a business. And the way they interact with their staff is very immature. They spent more time with certain customers, flirting with them than with customers coming into the store. And I am not sure what is going on with 1 particular employee, but the management staff was repremending him and making fun of him in front of customers and other employees. I am an African-American man, and I can truly say this store is ghetto-operated. No do versity; no customer service experience; and the absolute poorest of management. Low-budget management. Read moreI am truly unhappy. I bought some items from your store and had to change the size on one of the items. When I returned to exchange the item for a larger size, the sales clerk told me that I had to pay more because your company will not honor my reward points that I originally used the week before on the original purchase , towards the exchanged size regardless of the fact that it was the same item (an even exchange). This is horrible customer service and the sales rep was rude. She didn’t care if she loses a customer, and I expressed that not only will I discontinue my business with you, but so will my company.
