UPDATE: CALLED TO ORDER BC I HAD A CREDIT WITH PIZZA HUT HERMITAGE DUE TO THE INCIDENT BELOW ( OTHERWISE I WOULDN'T HAVE ORDERED, AND AFTER THIS WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN) I CALLED IN A DELIVERY AND WANTED THE DOUBLE CHEESY STUFFED CRUST AND HERSHEYS DESERT DEAL FOR 18.99, FIRST THE REP ON THE PHONE HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT, IT'S CLEARY LISTED ON THE WEBSITE UNDER DEALS AND I EXPLAINED THAT TO HIM. HE WOULDN'T EVEN LOOK IT UP HE JUST SAID HE DIDN'T KNOW AND KEPT ASKING ME WHAT SIZE PIZZA IT WAS. THEN KEPT ASKING ME IF I WANTED TO ORDER THE TRIPLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE WITH IT AND I TOLD HIM NO I WANTED THE COOKIE. ITS LIKE HE DIDNT HEAR ME AT ALL. LONG STORY SHORT I DIDN'T END UP WITH THE DOUBLE CHEESY STUFFED CRUST AND HERSHEYS DESERT( I WANTED THE COOKIE, NOT BROWNIE) DEAL I WANTED, I ENDED UP WITH THE PEPPERONI LOVERS PAN PIZZA AND A BROWNIE. IM OVER IT. PIZZA HUT HERMITAGE I DONT USUALLY DO REVIEWS BUT YOUR STORE SUCKS!! SIGNED THE PISSED OFF DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER THAT YOU OBVIOUSLY CARE NOTHING ABOUT..P.S. I WILL NEVER BE ORDERING FROM YOUR LOCATION AGAIN.. I called and ordered 2 pizzas for delivery last night at 8:30, at 9:28 i got a text saying my order was out for delivery. Pizza hut is 10 minutes from my house so come 10:10 when they still hadnt shown up with my order i called to check the status of my delivery. The person i spoke with apologized and said they were giving me a $4.00 discount and the delivery would be there in 10 minutes or less and if it wasn't to call them back and i would be getting a "tremendous" discount. 10 minutes later they still were not there so i called back and the person i woke with preceded to tell me that the driver said they tried to deliever and no one answered the door.. mind you i was waiting by the door at this point and no one had tried delivering my order, i asked if they were going to send my order or not and he asked if i wanted to speak to the manager which at this point i did. As soon as the manager comes to the phone the delivery driver shows up stating that the person supposed to bring my order originally choose not to take the delivery so she offered to bring it and no one had tried bringing my order prior to this. So i was basically lied to about the driver trying ti deliever my order and no one answering the door. I explained all this to the manger in the phone, she also heard me talking to the driver about my horrible experiance. To add insult to injury, my pizzas that i had to pay full price for were both COLD. THE driver says she knew nothing of me supposed to be getting a "tremendous" discount, which is what i was told. Im very disappointed in pizza hut and the horrible service i recieved. Never again...2 hours to get cold pizza and get lied to by its employees.....
Read moreThis was a cluster... Another example of a business struggling to get enough staff. When I arrived there were 7 people in line for the counter and no one was even trying to help. The staff were in back either making the food or preparing some to go out on delivery. Eventually one of the drivers tried to help the 1st person in line until she discovered that it was not a person picking up an order but instead a person returning their order for not being made properly. This started a chain of events that included my order being mistakenly taken by that delivery driver. Once this was discovered the staff started to remake my order. They only made part of the ticket. After the pizzas were done they forgot to make the wings that were part of the order. This only happens when the managers are doing the work rather than supervising the work of others. Like I said, there was apparently not enough staff to make the food and deal with the customers at the same time. There appeared to be more than enough business to support paying a decent wage and attracting employees but I believe the current corporate structure is built to pay the least amount possible and the above is the result. Customers are the ones paying the price, management can't be happy, and yet this unfortunately will continue. Read moreTo Start off, I will NEVER be returning to this location EVER again. The first thing that went wrong was the fact that i left my coupon at home so they wouldn't give me my discount, this is understandable I don"t have proof of the coupon so they didn't honor it. Oh and by the way im literally 5 minutes away from the store but they wont deliver to my house because I'm literally right outside of their "delivery range".... Really? 5 minutes away? come on.......BUT anyway, when I got my pizza it was wrong. I ordered a ham, bacon, and pineapple on white sauce, when I received it they put pepperoni instead of ham. The manager had it remade. I waited another 20 minutes and they brought my pizza out......AGAIN pepperoni instead of ham.....how do you mess it up 2 times in a row?? The manager then said well i can make you another one and just give you both. I was not about to stand there and wait another 20 minutes so i said no and i took the pizza, as I was walking out the door he said "yeah I figured you didn't want to wait anyway." Really? I didn't order salt with my pizza...so i get home open the box and go to pull a slice off and THE PIZZA WASN'T EVEN CUT!!!!! so i had to cut it myself.....then I ate the pizza.....do you know how bad pineapple and pepperoni tastes together?
