I can’t say enough about the friendly, knowledgeable, staff here. My daughter is getting married in November, and I have a large neck. I went to 4 stores in Nashville, and they all had me try on shirts that weren’t even close to fitting. Growing frustrated, I went online and searched for custom options. After a few calls and recommendations, I was still at a standstill. Then I found this place, the manager Austin, answered right before close and said, “we got you”! He booked me an appt for today at 11am, and I had the pleasure of having Grace, be my custom fitter. The whole store has such a relaxing setting. No sales commission vibes, only personal touch and care. Within 30 minutes, I was able to be fitted and discussed ties and other accessories. I can’t tell you how easy, gentle and reassuring this process was. The team at Hive & Colony are soo knowledgeable and amazing to work with. My husband and I got married recently and he wanted a custom made suit. He'd originally made an appointment with another shop and when we were just about to head to that appointment they cancelled his appointment due to a staffing issue. Since we were limited on time, I did a quick Google search and we found Hive & Colony. I went in with an impossible request, to get a suit custom made in just about 2 weeks. I’m a very unique size that pretty much does not exist on the rack. Rather than sending me away like 3 other stores did, Austin took my measurements and gave them to me (free of charge). He then called a list of other places to try out. This lead to me being able to get a suit ordered on time for the wedding I’m attending.

Austin was fully aware I wouldn’t be purchasing anything, yet still went above and beyond to help me with my problem. Plus, he told me everything there is to know about my size and fit.
