Probably the worst Starbucks I've ever come across. Most of the staff were complete clowns. In particular the two black guys who wanted to joke with every female customer about their chokers or nails, take pics/videos, etc, and slow down the increasingly long line. I swear to God that some of their flirt-orders took upwards of five minutes. The fat one with the fro was constantly walking through customers, brushing or bumping them as he walked past, and then giving a very shallow, "Sorry bro, coming through". If there weren't so many people in the store that would have been uncomfortable with the confrontation, I would have called his wide-load out on it. He was too lazy to walk behind them in the empty back aisle, so just decided he'd make them move for him. Every. Time.
They were out of everything - sandwiches, lemonaide, refreshers, napkins, and it took three requests and five minutes to get anyone to bring out napkins for a spill clean up. Even right now I'm listening to the only responsible female staff yell in the back for some help to come out, and they're joking and arguing with her. During the time in which I was standing at the counter waiting for my drink to come in, a full 3/4 of the drinks they put out were returned by irate customers as either having been sized wrong, missing requested cream, being wrong flavors, etc. It was utterly ridiculous to the point that some of the people just shook their heads and left.
I don't care how busy they might have had it, basic professionalism would have cured a lot of their problems today. Not interested in going there with anyone of significance in the future. If management, or fro-bro, takes issue with this review, I'll gladly take on your damage control complaints over email or phone. Plenty of people were standing there drinking their coffee with their mask down, people had their mask below their nose as well and you’re going to deny me service? I truly hope and pray people wake up soon and realize how this is such nonsense. It’s sad so many people are blind to what is going on. Read moreMy food took forever to come out when my friend order the same thing and it only took 3 mins. When I asked about after 10 mins of waiting they said the girl was just now making it. Even though people who were in line behind me were all served before me. The girl was racist seeing as I was the only person of color in the establishment. I had to wait another 10 mins for my food to come out and she tossed it to the side. When I asked what took so long she wouldn't even speak to me she just stared at me.
