I absolutely LOVED LOVED LOVED this place!!! I wish I came here for souvenirs first rather than Downtown ...This place is sooooo unique! The merchandise is locally made, which I loved....And I also appreciated that they carry larger sizes for us plus size gals...I found the sizes in the retail stores downtown run very small so unfortunately they lost a sale...This place carries a wide variety of locally made items...Anywhere from baseball caps, to Nashville skyline items (which I purchased two of) to bumper stickers and delicious foods...I purchased the Southern City Flavors Milk Chocolate Pecans and OMG can I tell you how delicious they were..... I ate almost an entire bag on my way back home to Cleveland OH (Thank God they have a website so I can purchase more)....Anyway, you will absolutely love this place.....Hands down THE BEST place for souvenirs....And let me tell you how absolutely adorable the owner is...Her and I spoke for a long time...She was such a lovely person. - epitome of what true Southern Hospitality is!!! I hope she's reading this! I hope you get that job that you and I were talking about! Thanks for a great shopping...

If you’re in the Opry Mills area and need a gift, Knick Nash is the place to go—and prepare to be dangerously tempted. I went in for a single gift and came out with a bag full of treasures (for myself included—oops). The staff is so friendly, I’m convinced they’d help you pick out a gift even for that one impossible-to-shop-for friend. Amazing service, endless cool finds, and a vibe that makes you feel right at home. Just don’t be surprised if you end up needing an extra bag to carry all your new...

The store itself if fine but some of the staff is horribly rude. While checking out the employee took a long time counting my change, when I asked if there was an issue or if I didn’t give enough cash and she told me to “quiet down” before pocketing some of my change. When I asked to speak to the manager she informed me that she was the manager. She had long brown hair and was wearing a tank top and shorts, if you ever come in and she is on shift I would suggest coming back...
