The Nash Collection — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

Bought a super cute dress while in Nashville last month and unfortunately did not realize there was a hole in the side seam. In trying to get a replacement, the service was not helpful in this odd circumstance. I was a first time shopper and live out of state. When I pulled my dress out of my closet for an event this weekend I noticed the flaw. I would hope that in an instance like this they would want to keep customers happy and encourage someone to continue to shop with them. I visited this boutique recently and I am very disappointed in the customer skills that the associates demonstrated. The lack of care was very present and I felt that I was not cared for while there. They were not personable nor were they very interactive. I spent a good amount of money in the store while there and had hoped for more for a destination town. I am really disappointed and will discourage any friends from visiting this store while in Nashville. I hope you improve your skills and care for you customers...

REVV is hands down my favorite boutique in Nashville! When I walk in the store, I instantly feel welcomed and excited to be shopping there. They do a really great job of having clothes for every type, size, and style of person!
