Urban Outfitters — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

This Urban Outfitters has some of the worst customer service I have ever experience and I have worked in the retail industry for many years. Last night I was trying some stuff on in the dressing room and had to track down the lady manning it to find me a different size in a shirt. She said she would be right back but she disappeared. I then peeked my head out of the dressing room to see the manager helping out another customer get into the dressing room. He looked directly in my eyes, and then just turned around and walked away!!! I ended up having to get dressed and track down the lady that told me she would get me the shirt in a different size. After I finished in the dressing room, I waited in line for 20 MINUTES to check out and there were 2 people in front of me...this place needs to get their you know what together. I get Urban is a free-spirited, hipster kind of store, but seriously, this was unacceptable. Now I remember why I always order...

This store had a cool vibe, but, really, The Gulch is a really neat place that makes all things cool. There were clothing items, home items, books and office items - well-rounded but mostly clothes. Nice ones, mostly.

I like how they give you a reusable cloth bag when checking out. There's a relaxed vibe, but maybe too relaxed as it was a tad messy. I like not being bothered when I'm shopping, and I wasn't. However, having said that, I waited at the cash register for a bit before any employee came to assist me - not the best.

Store was having a good sale on men’s hoodies so I went to purchase. The only person who tried to help me find the right size was the security guard! She did get an actual employee to help me. Then I stood in line for 10 minutes waiting for the one cashier working mid-day WHILE the manager stood around doing nothing and looked like she couldn’t be bothered to help customers - not just me, anyone! I’m from out of town but when I return to Nashville, I will not give this location anymore...
