Do not shop here if there is any possibility you want to return something. I bought an item for my daughter Tuesday morning, drove 8 hours home that day and we knew Tuesday evening the item was too big. It took me until Friday to get someone to answer the phone at the store. I was told the item could only be returned IN STORE which is a problem since I don't live in Nashville! I was willing to pay the shipping charges to return it and was told the process to return items is too extensive to do by mail. maybe returns should be considered part of your business plan? Their return policy was texted to me AFTER I left the store with my purchase. They should tell every customer what the return policy is at the point of purchase, right? They claim the policy is posted in a glass case by the cash register but why not point it out or tell people about it or tell customers to read the policy before purchase? Pretty sneaky way to earn revenue. I do not agree with their policy but am more shocked that they do not tell you about it until AFTER you purchase the item and are well on your way out of town. If you are a TOURIST, definitely skip this place and shop at more customer friendly boutiques in Nashville such as Draper James and Living with Landyn --those ladies know how to run a boutique and appreciate customers plus the quality of their items are far superior...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've shopped in the Nashville location and absolutely loved it, the clothes are cute, a little cheaply made, but still they have really cute styles and I've followed Jessie James Decker for a few years now and love her too. However, this being my second time ordering online through Kittenish was my worst experience with this company. I ordered a product on Dec. 30, received a confirmation email for my order and was told I'd receive another email, once my package shipped. Having not heard anything three days later, I emailed their customer support email address (Kittenish does not have a customer support phone number, which makes communication even more difficult); I received an automated reply that I would hear back "soon." Having not heard anything four days later, I emailed their customer support email address again. I finally heard from someone the next day (so, over a week after my order was placed) who explained to me that it takes 5-7 business days to PROCESS your order and 2-3 more days for shipping; this is under standard shipping, which you PAY for. I'm definitely not happy with the length of time between order placement and shipping notification nor am I happy with the speed of communication with their customer support. I don't think I'll be ordering Kittenish online again after this experience,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis review is strictly based on online experiences although I did go to the store once and it was super cute in there. I love what Kittenish stands for and I've been supporting the brand for years,
However I have always thought that its low quality for the high price. Even the latest holiday launch that I got the showstopper sequin set and Jessie said it was pricier than usual cause it was better quality, when I wore the jacket, it left my arms stained with a black tint:/
It's hard for me to believe that so many people claim they have been blocked from their social media for addressing their concerns. But I noticed as the new year started, they have their Instagram account so that only jessie, her family and maybe the girls that work at the store can leave comments. I dont appreciate that.
I was so disappointed today to find out after the winter launch had been announced for jan 23rd, that now it's going to be February, I have some Kittenish store credit that I planned to use today to buy something for a vacation I have the first week of february and now I cant due to the winter launch being released so late into the winter.
I dont want to get into a whole lot because I do love the brand and Jessie, just giving...
