Cappoochino's Dog Wash and Grooming Salon — Local services in New Berlin

When I first walked in I let the groomer know my dog doesn’t like to get his nails trimmed but he is very friendly and once he is comfortable with you he’s alright. The groomer was very aggressive and while holding my dogs paw was pushing it down extremely hard forward where my dog started whining. The aggression and the way my dog was treated while I was there was not ok. I will not be returning and I felt terrible for puppy who the owner had dropped off and left with the groomer because the puppy was literally crying out multiple times where my dog had to bring his ears down because it was so loud and watched the puppy very concerned. My friend and I both looked at each other and then back at this poor dog as it was going on. The groom then gave my friend a very weird look and then played it off like she was comforting the dog. It did not seem genunine and I warned my friend after we had left the treatment my dog had received that she should not leave her dog unoccupied ever there because of what I saw while I was as present . I went to pick my dog up from being groomed and got there a little early. They were wrestling with him and trying to keep his mouth closed while he cried. He is a friendly dog and does not require the hands on abuse that was occurring. If the staff were having any type of difficulty providing the service, they should have stopped trying and should have called me. He has been groomed other places without issue. My other place was full and I needed to get him in somewhere... I WOULD NOT...

I love the DIY bath for my dog. They give you all the supplies so all you bring is your dog. The tub is waste high, they hook a ramp to the tub so Sadie can get in without me having to pick her up, she’s 120lbs. The staff is very helpful and Amy is my go to gal for a nail trim. My Sadie is not a fan of nail trims but Amy is quick and gentle. I’ve never left disappointed and high recommend giving them...
