In the last week the store has changed for the better asst co-team lead Natasha was a breath of fresh air that the store needed. I don't work at Ollie's but have worked retail In the past an your store is only as good as your team, if your team can't get along an you can't talk to the Store district manager or the store manager or the team lead or Co team lead about the problem or problems your having with other employees then it just makes the drama tension in the store so BAD an creates more problems an drama that could been avoided from the start. So I'm excited to see how much better this particular store runs, I'm going to bet It runs like a well-oiled machine......
