We have a washer and dryer and a couch from this location we came in today to add a bed for our house first we called and talk to him on the phone that was very rude and didn’t want to help us she told us to come into the location when we showed up a lady name Stacey The standing behind the counter
I told her that we had called him and she must’ve been the one we talked on the phone she said yes I asked her to please show me the mattresses she acted like she didn’t want to help us smelling like cigarettes and scowling at us we finally picked out a mattress and went to the counter it took her 20 minutes to figure out how to get it going
Then we changed the mattress that we wanted she went and talk to the manager and I heard her actually say she had to do it all over again on our docusign with attitude to get the mattress we were so turned of at that point and she came back and gave the energy of being annoyed with us so we left to shop somewhere else She basically walked us right out the door with her attitude and a horrible smell of cigarettes I’m not sure why would they even have somebody as a sales person that can’t even smile in your direction and treats people like they are...
Read moreWe have been customers since 2007.We never had problems before till now.We bought a couch from them and we told them we wanted our payments to be on the 15th of every month.When the time comes they want 50 dollars on the first then they want 108 dollars on the 15th.They stated it would have to be autopay for it to be on the 15th.They are trying to squeeze more money from me.The agreement was for the 15th and its says on the computer.They stated they have lost customers because of this.So why do they still do it.They have lost a long time customer and they won't work it out or return calls.They will pick up my couch this Thursday and I had to call them several times just to get a date to pick it up.Very frustrating. Read moreI wrote a review about this Aarons a couoke of months ago. We are being charged for two tvs when we only recieved one. We found out about this about 3 months ago, after a year and 4 months of paying, we spoke with the " new" management team and no one is being very helpful in this matter. The head manager, Amanda, was suppose to speak with corporate and get back with us. Needless to say they are still demanding payments and sending people out to our home. Why should we pay for a tv we dont have. Over the years, 8 to be exact, we have spent alot of money with Aarons in austin without any issues. Move here and we are being robbed. Take all the over payments for a tv we never recieved and put it towards what we did recieve and all is fine. Hiw hard is that!!! I think its time I find a lawyer. All this mental anquish is causing so much stress. I dont recommend this...
