Probably the best cookies I've had. Stopped by on a whim while walking by and ended up leaving with 4 cookies. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and offered recommendations when we asked. The chocolate chip cookie was amazing, almost that cookie dough like texture. The cookies and cream cookie was recommended and I know why. The white chocolate chips and oreos mixed in truly made the cookie. The peanut butter cup cookie was the best peanut butter cookie I've ever had. Perfect flavor and pieces of peanut butter cup throughout. Also got the August special which had a lemon frosting and blueberries. So dang good! Highly recommend, I'm glad I don't live closer or I would be here...

I was discriminated when i tried to purchase cookies (was passive aggressively rejected service while the girls entering the store one second before me were served well). I didn’t do anything except for walking in. I didn’t even know for such trivial amount of money and such non-significant low demand high supply of food and yet I can get such an unpleasant and also my first Asian discrimination experience. I’ve been so curious to check out Cookie 39 since they opened! I like how the recipes are passed down from family members here, and it’s so much more wholesome than the chain spots.
