Todd came through and solved our problem above my expectations. I didn’t think there was any saving the air quality in this old musty unit at this property without replacing, and he knew just what to do to give it some new life, and us new air. He vacuumed, disinfected and encapsulated the innards with professional mold reducing material, essentially giving it new walls. It is night and day. He even left us with some professional grade product to do maintenance if needed in future (so far no need)....
