Back in 1982 when my then boyfriend needed an engagement ring, he bought it from Art, who was and still is a personal friend of ours. Over the years, Art is always our go to Jeweler. No matter what vision we ask of him, he always goes above our expectations. I wanted my same diamond from 40 years ago reset for our 40th wedding anniversary, and the ring he designed is absolutely gorgeous. I could not believe this was my same diamond in such a breathtaking setting. (picture below)

We have also passed on our love for the heart that Art puts into every piece he designs to my son. He called Art with the type of diamond he wanted, along with his other ideas for the perfect ring for his girlfriend, and when he picked up his ring, all he could do was cry. It was PERFECT!!! ...

My wife and I were on a trip from California and she’s had a beautiful art deco complex diamond ring that never fit her, it was too big. We were referred to Art Schmitt at Pierre’s. Jewelers for 10 years told us it could not be sized without compromising the settings. Art sized it and did it beautifully! Finally this beautiful ring fits my wife perfectly! Setting was not compromised, the ring is beautiful and my wife hasn’t taken it off since! Art got it done in under 2 hours, great service at a very reasonable price. A++! I took my engagement ring here to get it resized to a smaller size. Art was so helpful in advising me which size to get. I was worried about the stones getting damaged during the resizing process but he explained the process to me and was very patient with all my questions. The ring was ready after just a couple of days and it came out looking perfect. Not only that, but the price was so reasonable!
