SP+ Parking — Local services in New Orleans

I used this lot when visiting the VanGogh experience in New Orleans, right next door. I paid with my credit card, via a website I got from the QC code posted in the lot for making payments. 2 weeks later, I get a notice from some other company, Professional Parking Management, threatening me with collections/legal action if I don't pay them $85 for using the lot. I paid the required $19.99 (including the convenience fee) on the day I used this lot. There is no contact information for calling someone directly and disputing the charge. I have the payment records, including the confirmation email I received from parking.com (the website that the QC code posted all over in the lot links to) proving I paid. I'm not...

Do not even go here if you use 3rd parties to buy your parking passes in advance. The lazy employees that watch this lot DO NOT verify your parking pass so you will get a ticket from a company in Florida. There is no phone # for the ticket company they use, so you have to email them (and wait how long??). In addition, the ticket company stamps the letters super early, so despite that I received this ticket 5 days ago and it was verified with my parking pass company that I DID pay for parking, I had to pay TODAY or would be charged extra (because the time you have to pay the ticket STARTS from the time they TYPE OUT THE LETTER, not when you get it...

I would give a zero star. After paying for 4 hours at the machine in the lot. I get a letter from Professional Parking management, telling me that if I didn't pay another 48.15, I would be turned over for collections etc. I have a witness who was with me and my receipt. We were only there maybe 2 hrs. Which according to their bill, I was only there 32 minutes. I have reported to the BBB, where there was over 1k...
