I had a great experience from start to finish here. My wife and I were in Chicago a few weeks prior and she found a ring she really liked. We didn't have time to return to the Tiffany's store on our quick vacation so I said we'd get it here. On Friday (11/19) I called the store and a man named Greg answered. He was very polite and took my order without a problem. I expressed that I'd love to get it Monday (11/22) as it's the only day in the near future my wife and I both have off. A woman named Hui called me back to confirm and take payment, assuring me it would arrive on Monday. She had kept me up to date with tracking even though it was her day off, so I can only gather she did this while not on the clock. When we arrived to the store we were helped by Erica, the store manager, who was incredibly professional. We were worried about the size of the ring but were told we could get a different ring, exchange, or whatever to make it right. It wound up being the correct size, at least for now, and Erica said if she wears it gently over the next few days and decides to get a different size it wouldn't be a problem. That’s exactly WHY I returned the ring. Because it scratched so quickly upon purchasing. Not to mention Donna Lazaroe sized my ringer wrong and gave me the wrong sized ring. Then due to the poor customer service and management at this location, I returned my earrings and necklace too. The refund for the earrings went through. The refund for the over $500 necklace did not go through. I am now having to spend my day disputing the transaction because I never got a refund for the necklace! Such fun spending over $1,000 at a place and the customer service and management being so poor that I never got a refund they processed. I am a very unhappy customer. Getting knowledgeable and experienced staff is tough. The staff here really don't know jewelry. They really don't know their own products. It's a really rough and awkward experience. The most recent time I was here, they didn't know that they were looking for, so they pulled up the Tiffany's website to search for the item.
