We booked the Creole Queen dinner cruise for the first evening we were in New Orleans. We gussied ourselves up a bit to enojy the evening out and we really liked the ambiance of the boat, the food, and the live music. The only downside when we went is that it was raining so we visited the upper deck and walked around outside briefly. It was nice to float down the Mississippi and relax to good music and cocktails. Our server, Justin (I think), was very polite and friendly and truly helped our experience during the cruise. The scenery is okay (typical run down NOLA) but you got to see a few cool things along the way. Cute gift shop. The tour was narrated and I got so many of my questions answered about nola, mission river and the damage from hurricane katerina.
