costed me so much time and money

Went here to apply for a visa for myself and my family. Let her know I need a new one due to name change & she informed me that I could not apply for new visa even if I wanted to as the old one was still effective. Promised me even when I asked her if she was sure. Told me to just bring all proper documentation to prove name change and everything will be alright.
