23 St-Baruch College — Local services in New York

I only give this station a 4 star rating on goggle maps instead of a 5 star rating simply because it lists the 4 and 6 trains as stopping here. But I think it should be more clear, this is usually just a stop for the local 6 trains. The 4 trains runs on the local track only SOMETIMES, id say for about 1/5th of the entire 24 hour day, and I have only noticed the 4 train running local during overnight hours, say from 1130pm, or after midnight, until about 450am on the morning, on the uptown bound tracks. Other then that starting at about 5 am all the way to midnight, you must transfer from your 4 train at Brooklyn bridge city hall to get on the local 6 train to get to this station, as the 4...

Six train uptown station is usually very safe with not too many homeless people taking up the benches. Besides a few rats now and then this station is well kept compared to other stations around the city. With that being said this station can definitely use a makeover though. Close to Madison Square Park, the Flatiron Building, and Baruch College. There are elevators near the 23rd street exits for both north and southbound trains. If you get off at 22nd street, you've got a few steps to navigate.
