Employee at this location scammed me at ~1030am on 04 Jan '23.
I lost my SIM while travelling and stopped at this authorized retailer to get a replacement. The lady behind the counter said it would be $37, which seemed like an absurd price, but I was running to an appointment so didn't have time to ask questions and paid.
A few minutes later I received an email from Verizon asking me to complete setup of the Home Device Protect plan I had just enrolled in, and a second email stating that my next bill would have changes. When I clicked through to see what the changes on the bill would be, I saw that a ~$12 one time fee and $25 monthly recurring fee had been added to my bill for Home Device Protect.
Needless to say, at no point did I agree to sign up for this, nor did the employee ask me if I was interested. When processing my new SIM she claimed a tablet was having software issues and used a second one after clicking around on the first. Probably she processed the BS device protect plan on the first tablet.
After I realized what happened and confronted the employee she played dumb and claimed that it was an issue with the tablet program. There's no way this was actually the case, as she quoted me a price that matched the first month's fee of her scam.

From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm and welcoming attitude. He was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.
I came in looking for a new phone, and after discussing my needs, he not only helped me find a great deal on a phone but also showed me an amazing bundle offer that included an iPad. He was very knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions and making sure I understood all the options available to me without ever being pushy.
What really stood out was how much time he took to help me set everything up. He walked me through the activation process, made sure all my data transferred properly, and even helped set up my apps and preferences on both the phone and iPad. He made sure everything was working perfectly before I left the store.

I was told this location had 30 mins until it closed so I raced over in distress of needing help as I couldn't even verify this was my phone with customer service ( I couldn't remember pin) and they kept sending me emails to verify but my push notifications were being sent to my cell so I had no way into anything. Darian went above and beyond once she noticed I was literally in a situation that needed someone else to call customer service to give me access. She called customer service to try to explain and stayed on hold with them for over 30 mins and she finally got them to allow me access! I not only left with a working phone right before they closed but she then wouldn't let me leave until she saw everything from my cloud was uploading to my phone.
