It was absolutely terrible, I called and made reservations for my fiancé and I to both get 1 hour foot massages, they said that was fine we got there and they put us in rooms saying to get undressed and i said “no it’s just our feet” and they said back “you will like all body more” to which I told them I am pregnant and full body massages hurt me. So they still said to get undressed so I did. They came in the room and started on my shoulders so I once again said “I am only here for feet” and she said “okay right after this” she kept going at my top half way too hard to the point of me crying! I told her one more time just feet and she then went to my thigh not feet and was still going too hard when I said be gentle please. After that I was done and I left after only getting a 15 minute massage. She charged my fiancé for the hour and charged me for 30 minutes!! Absolutely absurd when I left crying! I’m usually not one to complain, this is my first ever review on anything, but I recommend to not go here. My fiancé even said they were way to hard on him and even walked on his back... then as we left they saw we didn’t tip for my woman and they brought us back saying it was mandatory to tip 20% even tho it was terrible. Likely my deepest massage ever and I kneaded it (lol). Travel, walking and workouts told me to book. Immediately Amy to me I was big and strong and asked if she could walk on me. She walked around, both feet on one Hamstring (first time for that) but needed. She got to work with deep tissue and was not lacking any power. My back was in and shoulders needed a lot of work and I had 90 booked. She did not have a lot of time left for legs etc but work as hard as a therapist has worked on me befor making sure she dealt with my back. I also asked for cupping and she knew exactly where to cup. She was always aware of my sound and movement and regularly confirmed I was good. By Bill was 105 and I tipped 25 based on some of the reviews as I did not want that odd look! Something to consider when toppi g I quess is to appreciate how reasonable their prices are to begin with so maybe 25% is not out of line. At the same time, a caution to the business that 20% iss more than reasonable and they are the ones that set that rate. Bit of balance on both sides, but definitely worth the price and...

The receptionist was beyond rude… I gave $12 tip for $60 massage which is 20% even thought there was pretty noisy construction going on in the building and restroom was not available to use. In addition, I was rushed to pay while I was resting on the chair sipping water as I was feeling lightheaded and dizzy after the massage. I was confused because it wasn’t busy or close to closing time. Then the receptionist started to fight with me with full rage “nobody gives us so little? You need to pay at least 15%!!” (Note: did she do math wrong? It’s about $9 if 15% …….) “It’s not our fault that the bathroom is broken!” I would have been happy to pay more even though all the less than relaxing situations but not after with this woman’s fully combative attitude.
