I recently purchased a pair of pants I have been on the hunt for. When they arrived they had a little bit of ink on them from the tag (something I have seen happen a thousand times while working in retail!) I let the owner know and within minutes I received a reply from a store associate letting me know the owner would be in touch the next day. Well, I woke up to a full refund! It was totally unnecessary but Dana, the owner, insisted. I work for a major retailer known for their service and even I was impressed! I have been shopping at A Cheng for years and have always had a nice experience there. I love all the brands they carry and I have discovered some new designers I love, as well! The owner is an absolute gem—who also makes handmade mugs, etc. She also carries beautiful jewelry by some Brooklyn artists I know and love.

They are so good at building window displays. Everything looks beautiful and impressive on the outside. But the clothes are low quality and incredibly high priced.
